MORE THAN HALF OF INDIA'S WEALTH WITH FOREIGNERS,SOME FROM 1991 AND 2009!

India's Gold Reserves As of March 31st 2019: 612 MT,with 320.26 tonnes being held overseas in safe custody[???!] with the Bank of England and the Bank for International Settlements, while the remaining gold is held domestically.
$257 Billion out of $ 407 in Foreign Currencies is in US Treasuries!
  This shows the major portion of India's wealth is NOT used for India but the USA and the like.

Desalination Of Sea-Water:Solution For Water Shortage In India

There are reports of groundwater table depleting,lakes going dry early etc.
The reasons are:-
1.Industrialization.Industries guzzle water
2.Soft-drink makers also guzzle water
Results;-
Ground water table depletes resulting in acute water scarcity
Solution:-
1.Locate industries in seashores and make it mandatory for these Industries to have their own Desalination Plants for their water requirements.
2.Have Desalination Plants,in seashores for Drinking Water supply in/to,nearby and even Urban Areas.
  These steps will save India's Agriculture,as water shortage will get reduced.
