The Indian markets are bullish at the moment.Reasons:-
1.Foreign Institutional Investors are pumping in money as the interest rates there are near zero.
2.The Coal India IPO,is due from the 18th of this month and the UPA Government at the Centre may be interested in realizing high price for the shares.
