Kapil Sibal says that NDA was corrupt,and the UPA is innocent.Yet Raja resigned.MM Singh is scared of the JPC.Many actions are being taken by the Ministry Of Telecom,which is unnecessary,if the UPA is innocent.They would have produced the figures justifying their stand, circulated lakhs of copies,shouted down the Opposition, used the Net, Visual and other Media for providing their "calculation",and thus drive their point home.Since there is a claim without the proof of calculation,Sibal is merely bluffing. The other scams like CWG,Adarsh Society etc are also huge.And to cap it all the Bofors seems to be resurfacing.
