i)Pranab Mukherjee and Anthony were the decision-makers.
ii)Amount Rs 362 crores.

2.See the contrast in the following photo,during the initial stages of the 2 G Spectrum scam.Here M M Singh is the one,who is sheepish!!!

The GUILTY ARE AFRAID.Besides,Kamal Nath is very quick,to express his party's readiness,for  JPC in the VVIP Chopper Scam,but the Indira congress party was very reluctant for the same,in the 2 G Spectrum Scam!!!
